Reger Holdings LLC is a limited liability company headquartered in Western New York with a focus on investments in the real estate industry. It is led by the third generation of the Reger/Mader family members who founded the company and its various predecessors.
| 1946 | Edward Mader begins a plastering business in Western New York. Joined by his son-in-law, Larry Reger, Edward Mader and Company quickly becomes the largest interior finishing company in Western New York. |
| 1962 | Larry Reger becomes active in real estate and land development. |

| 1968 - 1974 | Larry Reger and various partners form and acquire companies in the solid waste management industry, cold rolled steel industry, and equipment leasing industry. |
| 1981 | Gordon Reger joins Marc Equity to become the head of the New Residential Development Division of New York. Gordon's responsibilities included overseeing land development and new residential construction in Western New York as well as working on condominium conversions and new residential construction in Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Texas. |
| 1985 | Marc Equity Corporation merges with Marrano Homes to form Marrano/Marc Equity Corporation with Lawrence Reger as 50% owner. Gross sales have averaged between $55,000,000 and $80,000,000 per annum since 2003. Read more. |
| 1994 | Lawrence Reger and related entities are among the original investors in First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. ("First Industrial"). |
| 1995 | Lawrence and Gordon Reger become involved in the redevelopment of historic buildings into luxury residences in Boston's Back Bay. Read more. |
| 1997 | Lawrence Reger and related entities are among the original investors in Corporate Office Realty Trust, Inc. ("Corporate Office"). |
| 2000 | Larry and Gordon Reger form Reger Holdings, LLC to develop and hold future real estate projects and investments. Reger Holdings purchases various commercial "value added" properties and develops various residential projects. |
