With more than 25 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, Cash Management and Operations, Michael has a proven track record of success in the financial arena. Prior to joining Reger Holdings Michael has demonstrated continuous advancements from Senior Financial Risk Manager to Financial Controller to Chief Financial Officer to Director of Operations. Michael’s experience includes real estate, asset based lending, audit, risk assessment and extensive financial analysis and strategies.  He has significant experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, Housing and Gaming industries.

 

His primary responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for the projecting and budgeting of cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to evaluate the long term profitability of the company.

• Review and analysis of financial statements to strategize and report to the CEO and other vested parties.

• Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls and safeguards for cash, inventory and fixed assets.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate business to strategize and evaluate financial forecasting models and advise the CEO.
