"When we last visited the new tower proposed for 17th and Guadalupe streets in our preview of 20 towers that will reshape the Austin skyline, we didn’t have a lot of details—including a name for the building.

Thanks to early word of an impending announcement, we now know have more details—including an exclusive first look at new renderings.

The new tower will be located at 313 West 17th Street, between Lavaca and Guadalupe streets, where it will replace the current Gammon Insurance Company building and a surface parking lot."
