Reger Holdings is headquartered in Western New York and focuses on commercial and industrial value add real estate investments and quality residential and mixed use development. It is led by the third generation of the Reger/Mader family members who founded the company and its various predecessors. The firm's expertise and experience has allowed Reger Holdings and its principals to successfully execute on value add real estate strategies and numerous development projects in several markets throughout the United States.
In early 1980’s, Gordon started his career with Marc Equity Corporation based in West Seneca NY as head of its New Residential Development Division of New York, with responsibilities including overseeing land development and new residential construction in Western New York. Gordon also worked on numerous condominium conversions and new residential construction in Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Texas.
In 1990’s, Gordon became principally involved in the redevelopment of historic buildings into luxury residences in Boston's Back Bay. During that time, approximately $150 million of condominiums were developed in the Boston area. One notable project is the Gateway Terraces, a premier, 230,000 sf, mixed-use development in Boston's South End neighborhood. Featuring 133 loft-style residential units, 15,000 sf of commercial space, and 150 enclosed parking spaces in three buildings situated on a 1-acre-plus parcel, Gordon led every aspect of the project, from concept to land acquisition to complete development to retail sell-off.
Over the last several years, Gordon has led the execution of Reger Holdings industrial value add strategy acquiring over 6 million square feet of industrial warehouse and distribution space in North and South Carolina and successfully executing the companies repositioning and lease-up strategy.

Prior to joining Reger Holdings Joe was a Senior Manager in Ernst and Young’s Transaction Real Estate practice based in New York City where he was primarily focused on providing capital markets, restructuring, and strategic advisory services to the financial services industry as well as to developers, operators, and owners of commercial real estate working on several billion dollars of transactions. Joe has extensive experience leading buy side and sell side transactions for real estate acquisitions, loan portfolios, and Bank M&A as well as advising on commercial mortgage underwriting and due diligence, restructuring and asset management, and commercial real estate strategy.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young in 2008, Joe was a partner and Chief Operating Officer of a Florida based real estate development company where he oversaw all aspects of the development business including management of the projects from acquisition through development, and sale. He holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.

With more than 15 years of management experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jordan continues to lead the acquisition diligence and property repositioning and operations execution for Reger Holdings. Over the past several years, Jordan has played a key role in the acquisition of over 4 million square feet of industrial space in North and South Carolina.
Jordan has been directly responsible for the execution of the repositioning strategy for each of the properties along with the ongoing asset management of Reger Holdings Industrial portfolio and other company commercial real estate assets. He also plays a key role in identifying acquisition targets and facilitating the transaction process.
Jordan has a B.S in Business Management from Buffalo State College.

With more than 25 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance, Cash Management and Operations, Michael has a proven track record of success in the financial arena. Prior to joining Reger Holdings Michael has demonstrated continuous advancements from Senior Financial Risk Manager to Financial Controller to Chief Financial Officer to Director of Operations. Michael’s experience includes real estate, asset based lending, audit, risk assessment and extensive financial analysis and strategies. He has significant experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, Housing and Gaming industries.
His primary responsibilities include the following:
• Responsible for the projecting and budgeting of cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to evaluate the long term profitability of the company.
• Review and analysis of financial statements to strategize and report to the CEO and other vested parties.
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls and safeguards for cash, inventory and fixed assets.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate business to strategize and evaluate financial forecasting models and advise the CEO.

Bob Stoll comes to Reger Holdings with over 35 years of experience in all facets of accounting having worked in Public Accounting, Banking and the Private Sector. He most recently was the Vice President of Finance & Controller for one of the largest real estate management companies in Western New York.
Bob's previous accounting & financial experience includes both residential and commercial property investing & management, commercial real estate lending, auditing, tax & business planning for a variety of small and medium sized companies, and senior management of the accounting departments in manufacturing and digital media companies.
Bob graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College. He is a C.P.A. and is a long standing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting.
