Travis Prince, Shawn Lubic and Victoria Marks of Cushman & Wakefield’s Student Housing Capital Markets Group, along with the Cushman & Wakefield Sunbelt Advisory Group, represented the seller, Reign Living, an affiliate of Reger Holdings (www.regerholdings.com), in the transaction. Preiss Co., one of the Top 10 providers of off-campus housing in the nation, acquired the property.
