Niagara Airport Center of commerce is a 177,000 square foot mixed-use office and storage facility located in Niagara Falls, New York. The property which was formerly the Niagara Falls Army Reserve Base was acquired in April of 2019 with intent to be redeveloped into a center of commerce.

The property is broken into 7 buildings which range from 1,500 to 127,000 square feet. The largest of these buildings being the former hangar building used by the army. The property was sold in 2020 after receiving an unsolicited offer from a single user.
