The 28-story condo tower is on the north side of downtown Austin located at 313 W 17th Street.

The 330-foot tower is to include 117 one, two, and three bedroom units with a limited collection of two story penthouse units. The ground floor will include approximately 5,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

Eight stories of parking will rise above the retail space. Building amenities such as a fitness center, pool, hot tub, clubhouse and grilling areas will fill the ninth and tenth floors. Condo units will fill the top 16 stories.
