Joe Armenia has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience working both on the principal side as a real estate developer and on the advisory side providing services to some of the industry’s largest banking, sovereign wealth, private equity, and financial services institutions.
Prior to joining Reger Holdings Joe was a Senior Manager in Ernst and Young’s Transaction Real Estate practice based in New York City where he was primarily focused on providing capital markets, restructuring, and strategic advisory services to the financial services industry as well as to developers, operators, and owners of commercial real estate working on several billion dollars of transactions. Joe has extensive experience leading buy side and sell side transactions for real estate acquisitions, loan portfolios, and Bank M&A as well as advising on commercial mortgage underwriting and due diligence, restructuring and asset management, and commercial real estate strategy.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young in 2008, Joe was a partner and Chief Operating Officer of a Florida based real estate development company where he oversaw all aspects of the development business including management of the projects from acquisition through development, and sale. He holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.
